About a 6 weeks ago I made the trip to London for a pre wedding shoot with Karen and Andrew. Over a coffee we discussed their wedding day plans. They were getting married at St Paul’s Church, Beckenham followed by a wedding reception at the beautiful Oaks Farm in Shirley, Surrey. The clever people amongst you will realise I am writing about their wedding in the past tense. That is because I have already shot their wedding and cannot wait to blog the images once the newly wed couple have seen them!
After coffee we braved the cold weather and took a stroll in Kelsey Park for few photographs. It was so cold even the large lake was frozen over! The session gave me the opportunity to get to know the couple better and for them to get a little more comfortable in front of the camera. Below are my favourite images form the day including the image that was framed and presented to the couple on their wedding day. During the evening reception all guests are able to sign the framed print and provide the happy couple with a memento of their special day….
Even the squirrel wanted to get in on the action!!
